The UK is increasing funding to improve water quality

“The water quality of rivers in the UK is at an all-time low after a string of water quality failures. In 2020, only 14% of the rivers in England were of good ecological health. ”
Most of the budget will be allocated to help farmers to find alternative solutions since they are, for now, the main contributors to water pollution.
