The sparkling intensity has decreased. What should I do?
Follow these few steps and contact your BE WTR technical hotline if the problem persists:
1. Check the water temperature If the water is cold, please follow step 2
If the water is not cold, try to switch OFF/ON on the box and then follow step 3
2. Check the gas bottle: Is the manometer in the red part?
If yes, please change your gas bottle. It means that is empty. How to change the CO2 bottle?
3. Check your gas pressure: it must be between 4 and 4.5 Bar.
To increase the pressure, use a screwdriver and turn the screw on the Co2 regulator front face.
How to change my gas bottle?
We are happy to help you with instructions for how you change the CO2. Just call and we will explain. It is really very simple. Every six months, when we do our service, we leave an extra CO2 bottle. If you still need help, we will come out to you for a symbolic fee.
Every six months, when we do our service, we leave an extra CO2 bottle. Remove the empty gas bottle and replace with the new one, following these 10 easy steps:
- Close the CO2 bottle valve.
- Release pressure regulator.
- Remove CO2 gas cylinder. Secure it upright.
- Secure the new cylinder upright with safety strap. Open protection cap.
- Open valve slowly to release CO2 gas and close again.
- Connect the pressure regulator. Make sure the sealing washer is fitted correctly.
- Tighten nut with spanner. Ensure all connections are tightened. Do not overtighten.
- Open valve. Check manometer. The pressure gauge volume
should stay stable when you close valve again. - If necessary – check for leakage with solution of soapy water or an equivalent. Appearing bubbles
are a sign of leakage. If leakage problem can not be solved, contact the customer service. The correct pressure is 70/80 PSI or 4.5-5.5 bar. - Open the CO2 bottle valve.
If you still need help, call us and we will come out for a symbolic fee.
I have neither still or sparkling water, plus gas is coming through the sparkling outlet. What should I do?

No, have you closed your water inlet ?
No, check if the water stop is open (left picture).
If it is, close it by following the green arrow (right picture)
If it is not, contact your technical contact
– Switch OFF the BOX
– Wait 10s
– Switch ON the BOX
– Wait 2mins
I have sparkling water but no still water. What should I do?
If you have no still water, please follow those 4 steps:
1. Has the flow decreased progressively these last weeks ?
If yes, contact your BE WTR technical hotline.
If not, follow step 2.
2. What is the status of your water inlet (open/close)?
It is open: close it by following the green arrow (right picture)
It is closed: contact your technical contact
My Box is making a lot of noise. What should I do?
If your Box is starting to make some noice, please follow these few steps, and if the problem persists, contact our hotline:
1. Has the flow decreased progressively these last weeks ?
If yes, contact your BE WTR technical hotline.
If not, follow step 2.
2. What is the status of your water inlet (open/close)?
It is open: close it by following the green arrow (right picture)
It is closed: contact your technical contact
The still water flow has significantly decreased. What should I do?
Your filter seems to have cloged earlier than expected. The quality of your local water can vary and impact the duration of your filter. The filter will then work harder to compensate for the potential pollutants in the water.
My water is not cold. What should I do?
Follow these short steps, if the problem persists, please contact us:
1. Switch OFF the Box
2. Wait 10s
3. Switch ON the Box
4. Wait an hour

My first glass of water is not fresh. What can I do?
After each use, very little water can remain in the pipes. When the temperature is hot, this can influence the temperature the first glass of water.
Can I adjust the temperature?
When the system is installed, the temperature can be adjusted slightly. However for optimal sparkling water quality, the temperature should be below 9 degrees.

My water has a strange taste. What should I do?
