The bottles are returned from the customer for reuse and refill with micro filtered sparkling and till water, after going through our Swiss Technology filters. Then they are capped and delivered, and ready to enjoy.
BE WTR Systems are our range of premium Swiss Tech filter and tap systems that can be installed onsite in restaurants, hotels, at home or in the office. They deliver the delicious BE WTR filtered and chilled still or sparkling water, ready to be served and enjoyed in the finest establishments or at home.

Follow these few steps and contact your BE WTR technical hotline if the problem persists:
- Check the water temperature If the water is cold, please go to step 2 If the water is not cold, try pressing the switch ON/OFF button on the box and then go to step 3
- Check the gas bottle: Is the pressure gauge in the red areae? If yes, please change your gas bottle as it is empty. How do I change the CO2 bottle?
- Check your gas pressure: it should be between 4 and 4.5 bar. To increase the pressure, use a screwdriver and turn the screw on the Co2 regulator front face.
We are happy to help you by providing instructions on how to change the CO2 bottle. Just call and we will explain everything. It is really very simple. Every six months, when we do our service, we leave an extra CO2 bottle. If you still need help, we will come out to you for a symbolic fee. No, have you closed your water inlet ?
No, check if the water stop is open (left picture).
If it is open, close it by moving it in the direction of the green arrow (see picture on the right)
If it is not, contact your technical contact
- Switch OFF the BOX
- Wait 10 seconds
- Switch ON the BOX
- Wait 2 minutes
If you have no still water, please follow these 4 steps:
1. Has the flow gradually decreased over the last few weeks?
If yes, contact your BE WTR technical hotline.
If not, go to step 2.
2. What is the status of your water inlet (open/closed)?
It is open: close it by moving it in the direction of the green arrow (see picture on right)
If it is closed: contact your technical contact
If your Box is starting to make some noise, please follow these few steps, and if the problem persists, contact our hotline:
1. Has the flow gradually decreased over the last few weeks ?
If yes, contact your BE WTR technical hotline.
If not, go to step 2.
2. What is the status of your water inlet (open/closed)?
It is open: close it by moving it in the direction of the green arrow (see picture on right)
It is closed: contact your technical contact
Your filter seems to have clogged up earlier than expected. The quality of your local water can vary and impact the operating life of your filter. The filter will then have to work harder to compensate for the potential pollutants in the water.
