Taiwan will contribute to fighting water pollution in the Philippines.
“The toxins in Laguna de Bay—released by algae for decades—amounted to two hundred times higher than that advised by the World Health Organization”. Taiwan has to fight the same amount of pollution in the 80’s so they can today use their data and equipment to improve water quality in the Philippines. Laguna de Bay is the largest lake in the country so it’s a challenge for the scientific team.
