Inside London’s Chef Lunches with BE WTR

London’s Water Insights:
- Around 70% of London’s water comes from the Thames and River Lea, carefully treated before reaching the tap.
- London’s water is famously “hard”, full of calcium and magnesium, which affects both taste and texture.
- Despite this, Londoners still consume around 175 bottles of water per person each year, a habit BE WTR aims to change by offering a sustainable alternative.
